Qur'an 3:196
لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ
“Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.”
