Qur'an 38:36
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
“So We subjected to him the wind blowing by his command, gently, wherever he directed,”
