Qur'an 47:24
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ
“Then do they not reflect upon the Qur’ān, or are there locks upon [their] hearts?”
