Qur'an 67:1
تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِ ٱلْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
“Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent -”
